Our philosophy at Electric Sheep is to create quality websites for small businesses and organizations without charging an arm and a leg. In fact, our pricing isn't even "bargain" as it is "fair". Did you know that the initial costs for a website from other businesses can start at $2,000? And that's initial- so even if you want a small website it's still $2,000.
We hate bad websites. We hate websites that are an eyesore. What's even worse is when the website has very good information on it, but the poor design makes it too distracting to completely pay attention. In some ways, we wish we could change all of these websites... however all we can really do is make sure the websites we create are clear-cut, visually appealing, organized and understandable. Having too many pictures, animations and special effects on a website can completely ruin it- less really is more. Not only are such bells and whistles distracting, but can also slow down some computers and internet connections-- and most people won't wait over 15 seconds for a page to load. This would mean less people would actually view the content on the over-loaded website, which is just bad for business. We know how to make websites attractive without dragging down the capabilities of most modern machines.
We also believe in originality. We will never, ever, ever, ever, ever use a pre-made template to create the design of your website. We design our own template to use in that certain site alone.
And so, this is our dedication. We are dedicated to fair pricing, and we are dedicated to quality without making sites so overly-complicated it's hard to pay attention to what it's truly about. We never just "throw" a website together, no matter how small it may be- that would just be another bad website in the world. And we hate bad websites.
